TOUR COSTS
Tour Costs
Final pricing is still being negotiated, although it has been determined that ground costs will be approximately $2,950.00 per person, based on double occupancy.  This includes all accommodations in first class hotels, baggage porterage, daily breakfast and dinner, ground transportation, attractions and entertainment.

For our single guests, there will be a supplemental charge of approximately $450.00.  Please note that some of our hotels may not provide single rooms, in which case singles will be asked to double up at these locations.  Once we have confirmation of rates and have made our deposits, there will be no change in price, unless there is currency devaluation.

Air travel can be made individually or by using a travel agent.  Information will be provided as to favorable air travel routing to Scotland.  Tour participants will travel from their home airport in the USA to Scotland where we will assemble at our first hotel.

Deposits and Payments

An initial deposit of $300.00 per person is necessary at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation.  (This deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to resell your space to a wait-listed guest.  In this case, the deposit will be refunded, less a $50.00 administrative fee).  The balance of the land cost will be due May 15, 2011.  Adherence to these scheduled dates is necessary to make payments to the hotels and attractions.  Deposit checks should be made payable to; Glenfinnan Music and mailed to; Glenfinnan Music, P.O. Insurance
Cancellation protection insurance is available and recommended.  The coverage provides cancellation protection in the event of illness, accident or death in the family as well as baggage and medical coverage.  Application forms will be sent at your request.
