Happy Thanksgiving and a Merry Christmas

Dear Friends,

Hope this finds you well.  We recently had a first taste of winter on Veteran’s Day and the day after (November 11 and 12).   Temperatures ranged between the mid teens and the upper twenties with snow fall amounts of 1.5 to 2 inches.

Good news, my guitar has sold!  I have emotional thoughts about the guitar being gone as it was part of my life for 25 years.

I want to thank everyone for their continued support and encouragement this year and a especially thank my friends who worked my Sales Table at various Festivals throughout the country.  You can’t know how much all of this means to Linda and I.

Wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving and a Merry Christmas (I highly recommend my acclaimed “Christmas Classics” CD).

With love,

Alex

You have been my favorite Scottish vocalist and guitarist for many years before your accident and all the years since. You have a wonderful attitude through the hardest times imaginable. You are a hero to myself and so many others. I have all of your CDs and enjoy them more than you will, ever know. I know you mostly from the Stone Mountain Highland Games. Saw you once as well at the Pleasanton Highland Games in California after I played there with Alasdair Fraser and a group from his Valley of the Moon Scottish Fiddle School. I heard you singing and had to find you, and did. I sincerely hope you had the best Thanksgiving celebration possible. My prayers are with you in ever hopeful improvement.

Wishing you and your family very happy holidays Alex!
We’ve missed you so very much at the games but have enjoyed keeping in touch with you and hearing of your progress. You have been, and always will be, such a happy part of our lives.

Hello Alex, been a long time and all my fault. I don’t keep up with FB on a regular basis so miss a lot of stuff. How are you doing?
I walked parts of the West Highland Way with my younger brother in May (not as much as I had planned) and it made me very grateful for decent health and family to look after me.
Take care of yourself. God Bless Arthur McAra

Susan Wallace —

We think of you all the time, and listen to your music daily from all the CD’s. Our special treat is once a month watching the DVD with the three tours. Fantastic! Our family, Wallace, MacNeil, and others, remember you from the Seaside Games and others. All send their good wishes to you and yours! You have brought so much joy into our lives, and we all thank you sooo much! Take care!

I apologize for not keeping in touch but when one gets older time passes very quickly and we move slower. Jim passed last year in July and I will take his ashes to West Virginia later this year when my nephew who lives in Louisiana comes this way to get me. Still help with Savannah Games through along with others they were cancelled because of the virus. Do listen to your albums occasionally and remember our good times. Will continue to keep you in my prayers. Hester
